Preparation required for pneumatic punching machine operation​

The preparation work required before operating a pneumatic punching machine mainly includes the following aspects:
1、 Security check

Ensuring unobstructed oil flow is the foundation for the normal operation of pneumatic punching machine. Turn on the compressed air conditioning system to ensure that the air pressure reaches the specified value (such as not less than 0.4Mpa). Check the oil level of the pneumatic triad, ensure that the oil level is moderate, and adjust the water level of the oil dipstick and water cup to the appropriate position.

Check if there are any unrelated workpieces, debris, etc. in the work area to ensure that it is clean and unobstructed. Check if the screws of the upper and lower molds are loose, ensuring that the molds are securely installed and the upper and lower molds are aligned.

3、 Equipment debugging
Start the main motor to run idle, pay attention to monitoring for any abnormal sounds, and ensure that the equipment is in good condition. Determine whether the current mold height of the equipment is the same as the mold height of the mold. If there is a difference, adjust the closed mold height of the equipment to the appropriate position.
4、 Personal Protection and Operating Standards
Operators must wear designated work clothes to ensure personal protection is in place. Master the necessary knowledge of pneumatic punching machine, including safety operating procedures, daily mechanical maintenance and repair, emergency measures, etc. During the operation, the operating procedures should be strictly followed, and unauthorized disassembly of machinery or violation of regulations is not allowed.
5、 Other precautions
Before starting up, pay attention to lubrication to ensure that the friction parts of the pneumatic punching machine are fully lubricated. When repairing or maintaining the machine during operation, a warning sign reading 'Do not approach' should be hung on the machine. When installing and adjusting the mold, the power must be turned off first, and the punch moving part must stop running before proceeding. The installation of the mold must be firm and reliable, and the adjustment of the mold height should be carried out gradually. It is forbidden to connect the vehicle until the adjustment is confirmed.
